        Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
    commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).

        Cette superbe chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Montpellier unit confort et design. Elle offre de nombreux équipements comme un lit confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous manque plus à apporter que vos vêtements pour y vivre ! La chambre possède un cadenas si besoin.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement est localisé dans le quartier Les Arceaux, en plein coeur de Montpellier. De nombreux transports publics, commerces, restaurants sont situés à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 1 . Elle est entièrement meublée et propose une cuisine tout équipée avec frigo, casseroles, vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, poêles, ustensiles, micro-ondes… De même que planche à repasser, fer à repasser, lave-linge, tancarville.
 Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage est déjà présent à l'intérieur de la colocation : aspirateur, seau et serpillère, balai, balai-brosse… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : eau, assurance habitation, électricité, charges de copropriété, wifi illimité, taxe sur les ordures.

    Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
    décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
    technique et matérielle.

        Le quartier des Arceaux est un véritable village dans la ville où il fait bon vivre : l'emplacement idéal pour cette colocation entièrement équipée ! Il est l'un des plus anciens quartiers de Montpellier et surement un des plus riches en histoire. Il mélange avec succès le vieux et le neuf de la ville. Le quartier est organisé autour de l'aqueduc, long plus de 800 mètres, et depuis le 1593 du Jardin des Plantes, le jardin botanique le plus ancien de France. Parfaitement desservi par la ligne 3 du tramway, le quartier est animé par différents commerces et surtout par le marché Bio le plus réputé de Montpellier, où vous pouvez trouver les meilleurs produits régionaux. La promenade du Peyrou est une rêverie pour les amoureux de la nature et de l'air frais et offre une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur Montpellier.

    Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
    d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
    pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à

        All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
    and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

        This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare is strategically located in the "Les Arceaux" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Many public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kettle, pans, kitchen ustensils, toaster, microwave… The accommodation also contains an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine.
 Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, household waste tax, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water.

        The Arceaux district is considered to be an inner-city village where it is pleasant to live. It is one of the most ancient districts in Montpellier and surely one of the richest in history. It successfully combines the old and the new faces of the city. The district is organized around two main attractions: the 800 meters long Aqueduct (more than 2500 feet!) and the most ancient botanical garden in Europe, which was inaugurated in 1593. Perfectly connected with the tramway (T3), this  well situated district is full of interesting shops and boutiques. The most reputed organic street market, where you will find the best regional products, takes place here as well. The Promenade du Peyrou is a daydream for nature lovers – don’t miss the exceptional panoramic view over the city!

    Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
    d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
    including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
    housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

    complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

    The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
    throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
    the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
    need for intervention in your accommodation.
