Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un 2 pieces de 27m² entièrement refait à neuf, situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur, situé à seulement 8 minutes à pied de la place de la République ! Vous pourrez profiter des différents commerces de proximité.

Nous sommes actuellement présents dans certaines des villes les plus importantes d'Europe. Splendide studio rénové et meublé situé à Rue Robineau, dans le quartier de Père-Lachaise, dans le 20e Arrondissement. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, à proximité des stations Gambetta, Ménilmontant et Rue Saint-Maur. Dans les environs, on peut trouver des attractions telles que La Bellevilloise et L´Atelier des Lumières. 

Il est composé d’une chambre à coucher avec un lit double, un séjour, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Le lit est équipé de draps doux, idéales pour un bon repos nocturne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée des derniers appareils électroménagers et des ustensiles de cuisine. L'appartement dispose d'une salle de bains équipée d'une douche complète et de serviettes. Our apartment is just a short walk from there.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Catch the Orlyval light rail to Antony.
Transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport, and alight at Gare du Nord.
Then, take Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie, and disembark at République station.

From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Hop on Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie and get off at République station.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit and Additional Charges:
Security Deposit: A €350 deposit is required, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. This will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

Extra Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Smoking in the apartment: €450.
Extra key service (for stays of 15 days or more): Available on request.
Lost keys (left on the door or inside): Fees range from €100 to €500 depending on the type of key.

Le Check-in : entre 15h et 18h
Un agent prendra contact avec vous pour planifier votre arrivée, et échanger sur la  modalité de récupération des clefs.

Early check-in : entre 10h et 15h sous réserve de disponibilité.
Late check-in : entre 19h et 23h, il vous faudra venir récupérer les clés à notre bureau
Arrivée le WEEKEND

Le samedi ou le dimanche : entre 15h et 23h
Les clés seront à récupérer dans nos locaux situés à proximité de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Nous nous assurerons que votre arrivée se passe en toute tranquillité, et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Arrivée dernière minute

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Last minute booking
For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
