Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un appartement de 32m² situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il se compose de:

Amateur d'art, de cuisine ou d'architecture, ce quartier comble tous les goûts ! Galeries d'art branchées, innombrables bars et restaurants et balades dans les dédales de ces petites rues typiquement parisienne cet appartement vous attend !
A quelques pas, Nation, Immense carrefour circulaire, les rues qui avoisinent la place regorgent de bonnes adresses à découvrir : de la drôle de brûlerie au repaire des syndicalistes danseurs de flamenco, attendez-vous à être surpris.
La place de la Nation présente un monument sur son terre-plein central. Installé ici en 1899, « Le Triomphe de la République » est un bronze de Jules Dalou qui montre la République hissée sur un char tiré par des lions, lesquels sont encouragés par la Liberté, le Travail. À l'est de la place s'élèvent deux colonnes au pied desquelles se trouvent deux anciens pavillons d'octroi qui faisaient partie du mur des fermiers généraux. Cet ensemble est l'œuvre de Claude-Nicolas Ledoux et date de 1787. À cette époque, la place était dite du Trône. Ce nom remontait à 1660. Le 26 juillet de cette année, on avait installé ici un trône de cérémonie afin d'accueillir Louis XIV et Marie-Thérèse d'Autriche qui venaient de se marier à Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
A deux pas on se promène au vert à la coulée verte Renée-Dumont.
Très prisée des habitants du quartier, elle est un havre de verdure où l’on vient se promener, courir, faire du vélo et pique-niquer en été. Empruntez le pont qui surplombe la pelouse et marchez en direction du Bois de Vincennes.
Dans le jardin de Reuilly profitez-en pour faire le tour de cet espace vert accueillant qui est un dédale de petites allées ombragées.

Immaculate Arrival and Departure: Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is spotless.

Family-Friendly Services:
Child Amenities: If you need a cot and high chair, please inform us 72 hours in advance. These items are subject to availability.
Note: Baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
Security Deposit: A deposit of €250 is required for accessing the property, payable online only via card through SWIKLY. Refunds are processed within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-Out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Post-Stay: €450.
Extra Key Service: Reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Care: Do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Neighborly Conduct: Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Construction Notice: Be aware of ongoing construction inside the building; we cannot assume responsibility for this.

Usage Guidelines: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Pre-Approval: Seek pre-approval for unique services or events. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.

Minimum Age: The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. No refunds will be given if this rule is not adhered to.
