    From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Hop on the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. From there, you're just a short metro ride away.
    From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light train to Antony, and transfer to the RER B, heading towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. Stop at Denfert-Rochereau.

Public Transportation at Your Doorstep:

    Metro: The nearest station, Place d'Italie, serves Lines 5, 6, and 7, offering quick access to major Parisian attractions.

Professional housekeeping is included at both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is pristine for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
Should you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We'll provide these, subject to availability.
Please note: Baby linens are not provided.

Check-in & Check-out Times:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate. 
Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.

Deposit Requirement:
A €250 deposit is required and must be paid online by credit card via SWIKLY. It will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided no damages are found.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor detection: €450.
Extra key: Available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keys: Do not leave keys in the door or inside the apartment.
Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid loud disturbances, as noise complaints may result in deposit deductions.
Building renovations: Please be aware that nearby renovations may cause occasional daytime noise.

Internet Usage:
Internet access must not be used for illegal activities or to access prohibited websites under French and European law.
We are not responsible for internet malfunctions caused by telecom providers, and no compensation will be provided for such issues.

Photography and Professional Use:
Photo shoots, filming, and commercial activities are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for rates and permissions.

Age Requirement:
The minimum age to reserve is 21 years. If under 21, guests must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay, and no refunds will be issued if this rule is violated.

Notre mission est de permettre aux individus de s'immerger dans de nouveaux endroits en ayant un chez-soi où qu'ils aillent. Pour ce faire, nous fournissons des appartements entièrement meublés et équipés, conçus avec art, pour des séjours d'un mois ou plus. Nous sommes actuellement présents dans certaines des villes les plus importantes d'Europe. Splendide appartement duplex rénové et meublé situé Avenue des Gobelins, dans le quartier de Jardin des Plantes, dans le 5e Arrondissement. Il est situé au 7ème étage avec ascenseur, à proximité des stations Les Gobelins, Campo-Formio et Place d’Italie. Dans les environs, on peut trouver des attractions telles que le Jardin des Plantes, l’Ecole du Val de Grâce et la Galerie des Gobelins.
 
Il est composé de deux chambres à coucher avec un lit double, un séjour, une cuisine, deux salles de bains et trois balcons. Les lits sont équipés d'une literie douce, idéale pour un bon repos nocturne. La cuisine est entièrement équipée des derniers appareils électroménagers et des ustensiles de cuisine. L'appartement dispose de deux salles de bains équipées d'une douche complète et de serviettes, et un lavabo indépendant. En outre, l'appartement est équipé du WiFi haut débit et d'une SmartTV. L'appartement dispose d'un lave-linge et lave-vaisselle pour votre confort.

*Cet appartement peut être réservé pour une durée de 1 à 10 mois.

*Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus, mais des frais peuvent être appliqués. Les clients seront informés de tous les frais supplémentaires dans le contrat final.
