        Cette superbe chambre privative en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Paris unit confort et design. Elle possède de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Il ne manque plus que votre bagage pour être chez vous ! La chambre possède un cadenas si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement se trouve dans le quartier Montparnasse - Denfert Rochereau, en plein coeur de Paris. De nombreux restaurants, commerces, transports publics se trouvent dans le quartier. La colocation est à l'étage 7 avec ascenseur. Elle est prête-à-vivre et possède une cuisine tout équipée avec réfrigérateur, bouilloire, vaisselle, poêles, micro-ondes, casseroles, grille-pain, ustensiles… Mais aussi planche à repasser, tancarville, lave-linge, fer à repasser.
 Le matériel pour le ménage est présent au sein de cette colocation : balai-brosse, seau et serpillère, balai, aspirateur… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : taxe sur les ordures, charges de copropriété, wifi illimité, eau, assurance habitation, électricité.

    Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
    décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
    technique et matérielle.

        All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
    and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

        This lovely private room in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Paris is a mix of comfort and design. It has lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your belongings to settle in well! The room can be locked if you want to close it.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare can be found in the "Montparnasse - Denfert Rochereau" neighborhood, in the centre of Paris. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops are available close by. The apartment is on floor #7 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, pans, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine.
 Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, electricity, household waste tax, condominium fees, water, unlimited wi-fi.

    by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
