Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time starts from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cleaning fee for cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is exclusively available for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any construction work within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from engaging in unauthorized online activities. We are not liable for any connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
For special services or events, please seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for bookings during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Age Requirement:
The minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 may only enter in the presence of an adult meeting this requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of stay, and no refunds will be granted.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse until Châtelet-Les Halles. Change to Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and disembark at Trocadéro Station. Our property is a short stroll from here.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Opt for the Orlyval train to Antony. Switch to the RER B train towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle and alight at Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile, and exit at Trocadéro Station. A quick walk and you've arrived!

By Train:
From Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Board Metro Line 4 in the direction of Mairie de Montrouge until Strasbourg Saint-Denis. Change to Line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres and alight at Trocadéro Station.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:

Le quartier
Quartier calme, petit supermarché de l'autre côté de la rue, café au coin de la rue, kiosque à journaux. Ce quartier est privilégié par les ambassades. Même s'il est calme, il est également proche de l'action, à commencer par les Champs Elysées, à 10 minutes à pied. L'avenue Foch est la plus large avenue de Paris, et ressemble davantage à un parc.
L'appartement est situé à 2 min du métro Porte Dauphine (ligne 2) et du RER C "Avenue Foch". Ils vous emmèneront aux Champs-Elysées en 10 min (seulement 2 stations de métro) et à tous les principaux sites touristiques en moins de 30 min !
Le quartier et résidentiel et regorge de restaurants, de magasins réputés, ainsi que de nombreux commerces de proximité (boulangerie, poissonnerie, restaurants, boucherie, pressing, pharmacie, ...).

Le Check-in : entre 15h et 18h
Un agent prendra contact avec vous pour planifier votre arrivée, et échanger sur la  modalité de récupération des clefs.

Early check-in : entre 10h et 15h sous réserve de disponibilité.
Late check-in : entre 19h et 23h, il vous faudra venir récupérer les clés à notre bureau
Arrivée le WEEKEND

Le samedi ou le dimanche : entre 15h et 23h
Les clés seront à récupérer dans nos locaux situés à proximité de l'Arc de Triomphe.

Nous nous assurerons que votre arrivée se passe en toute tranquillité, et nous sommes à votre disposition pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

Arrivée dernière minute

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Last minute booking
For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
