The apartment is just a few meters from Carrefour Supermarket, Drive Auchan, bakery, convenience stores and restaurants/bistros.

Il n'y a pas de TV et internet.

        Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
    commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).

        Cette superbe chambre  en colocation, meublée, équipée et prête-à-vivre à Paris allie confort et design. Elle possède de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous manque plus à apporter que votre bagage pour vous installer ! La chambre possède un verrou si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement se trouve dans le quartier Batignolles, en plein centre de Paris. De nombreux transports publics, commerces, restaurants sont aux environs. La colocation est à l'étage 7 . Elle est entièrement meublée et propose une cuisine 100% équipée avec frigo, vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles, grille-pain, poêles, micro-ondes, bouilloire… Mais aussi lave-linge, fer à repasser, tancarville, planche à repasser.
 Le matériel pour le ménage est sur place à l'intérieur de la colocation : seau et serpillère, balai-brosse, aspirateur, balai… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : charges de copropriété, assurance habitation, eau, taxe sur les ordures, électricité, wifi illimité.

    Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
    décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
    technique et matérielle.

    Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
    d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible

        This stunning private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Paris perfectly combines comfort and design. It comes with many household items, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your luggage to settle in your new home! The room has a security lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare can be found in the "Batignolles" neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Several shops, public transports, restaurants can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #7 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron.
 Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, household waste tax, housing insurance, water, condominium fees.

    All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
    by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un magnifique appartement situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur d'un magnifique immeuble de type haussmanien et de haut standing. Il fait une surface de 120m² et donne donnant sur la cour intérieure. Il y a une hauteur sous plafond de 4 mètres.
Il se compose de:
- Une entrée donnant sur le séjour

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe
