        All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
    and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

        This superb bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Paris is a mix of comfort and design. It benefits from many household items, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your luggage to feel cosy in your new place! The room has a lock if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare can be found in the "Buttes Chaumont" neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Several shops, public transports, restaurants are located close at hand. The apartment is on floor #6 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with refrigerator, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, microwave… It also has a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board.
 You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, household waste tax, water, housing insurance.

    All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
    by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

    Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month. The CAF for Caisse
    d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
    including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
    housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
    find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
    complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.
    
    
    The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance 
    throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of 
    the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of 
    need for intervention in your accommodation.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and disembark at Gare du Nord.
Transfer to Metro Line 5 heading to Bobigny - Pablo Picasso.
Exit at either Ourcq or Laumière station, both a short walk from our duplex.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Switch to the RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry – Claye and alight at Gare du Nord.
Follow the directions from Gare du Nord as mentioned above.

Nearby Public Transport:
Metro Stations: Ourcq and Laumière on Line 5 are conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to Paris's iconic landmarks.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
We would like to inform you that facade renovation work on the building is ongoing during an indefinite period, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
For unique services or events, seek pre-approval. Deposits apply for Paris 2024 Olympic Games bookings.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
