Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 - €60.
Public Transport: Take the RER B train to Gare du Nord, transfer to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie), and get off at Laumière. Our property is a short 5-minute walk from there. Travel time: About 50 minutes. Cost: Around €11.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Taxi: Roughly 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B to Gare du Nord. Transfer to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and alight at Laumière. We're just a short walk away! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station:
Taxi: About 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Take Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and alight at Laumière. Our property is a brief stroll from the station. Travel time: About 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Nearby Public Transportation:
Metro: Laumière station on Line 5 provides easy access to explore Paris.
Jaurès station, with Lines 2 and 7bis, is also within walking distance.

To ensure your stay is enjoyable and seamless, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following guidelines:

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
Professional housekeeping is conducted upon arrival and departure to maintain the apartment's cleanliness.

Family-Friendly Services:
Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you require a cot or high chair, subject to availability.
Note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online via SWIKLY by credit card. The deposit will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90.
A fee of €450 applies if cigarette odor is detected post-stay.
Additional keys are provided only for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys left on the door or inside incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.

Internet Etiquette:
Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works.
Browsing prohibited websites as per French and European legislation is not allowed.
Internet malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and do not qualify for compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses without prior approval. Contact us for rates and permissions.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for Olympic Games reservations.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
