Public Transport: Use the Orlyval to Antony, then board the RER B to Gare du Nord. Change to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and exit at Laumière. We're conveniently located within walking distance! Travel time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station
Taxi: Approximately 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.

Internet Etiquette:

Availability: Internet access is temporarily unavailable until the beginning of October. Malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation for Olympic stays.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Age: Minimum age for reservations is 23 years. Individuals under 23 may enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Non-adherence will result in denial of stay, with no refund requests accepted.

        Le logement est situé dans le quartier Buttes Chaumont, en plein coeur de Paris. De nombreux commerces, transports publics, restaurants sont à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 6 avec ascenseur. Elle est prête-à-vivre et dispose d' une cuisine tout équipée avec réfrigérateur, casseroles, ustensiles, poêles, grille-pain, micro-ondes, vaisselle, bouilloire… Mais aussi planche à repasser, tancarville, lave-linge, fer à repasser.
 Tout ce qu'il faut pour le ménage est fourni au sein de cette colocation : seau et serpillère, balai-brosse, aspirateur, balai… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : taxe sur les ordures, électricité, charges de copropriété, eau, assurance habitation, wifi illimité.

        The flatshare can be found in the "Buttes Chaumont" neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Several shops, public transports, restaurants are located close at hand. The apartment is on floor #6 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with refrigerator, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, microwave… It also has a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board.
 You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, household waste tax, water, housing insurance.

Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

Ce logement est disponible pour un bail mobilité UNIQUEMENT. Le bail mobilité est un type de bail de location meublée de courte durée. Il vise à faciliter la mobilité des locataires, et notamment ceux amenés à déménager pour des raisons professionnelles (mutation ou mission), les étudiants, les jeunes en formation, en alternance ou en stage.
Il s'agit d'un Studio de 13m² situé au 2eme étage sans ascenseur.
Il se compose de:
- Une cuisine ouverte, équipée et fonctionnelle : frigidaire, plaques de cuisson, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes...
- Une pièce à vivre avec un lit double et TV
- Une salle d'eau avec douche et WC

Ancien quartier industriel développé autour du Canal de l’Ourcq, le 19e arrondissement connait aujourd’hui de très importantes transformations, symbolisées par le Parc de la Villette et ses musées, nouveau pôle culturel majeur de Paris.
Un quartier populaire à l’âme profondément parisienne, qui réserve de jolies balades secrètes autour des Buttes Chaumont. Un arrondissement qui monte, et mérite d’être découvert

La situation géographique de l'appartement vous permettra de vous déplacer très facilement et rapidement dans l'ensemble de la capitale via ces nombreuses possibilités de transports en commun :

Pour toutes réservations effectuées jusqu’à 48h avant votre arrivée, nous nous réservons le droit d’effectuer la remise de clé dans nos locaux près de l'Arc de Triomphe

For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
