## Space

It is a 30 square meters apartment with a large living room, a terrace, a parking space, a pretty room with a large space, an open kitchen and separates toilets and bathroom.
We provide fresh towels, bed linens. 
It has free wifi and HD TV with international cable channels. 
The kitchen has all modern equipment with fridge, cooktop, microwave/grill and coffee machine. 
Shower and a separate room for toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There are a hairdryer and an iron with an iron board.
To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a spacious wardrobe.

## Access

Ground floor with elevator of a modern building of the famous Gambetta neighborhood, with secured doors before have the access to the apartment.

## Neighborhood

You will love to walk in Père-Lachaise, Buttes-Chaumont, rue de la Roquette, rue des Francs Bourgeois, Ile St Louis. It is one of the best areas of Paris, trendy and young, with nice restaurants.
Around the apartment you will also find many cafes, shops, museums and art galleries, public parks, traditional bakeries ... All this accessible by walking distance ! As the apartment is located in the center, you will have no problem accessing tourist sites such as The Louvre or Notre Dame.

## Transit

The accommodation is 3 minutes walk from Telegraphe metro station line 11 and Pelleport line 3B
From Roissy CDG, you can take RER B until Chatelet-Les Halles then line 11 until Telegraphe. From Orly airport, you can take Orlyval until Antony, then RER B until Chatelet-Les Halles then line 11 until Telegraphe. 
You can also take a cab with fixed prices
