From Orly Airport (ORY) :
Take the Orlyval light rail  to Antony.
Transfer to RER B train  towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and stop at Gare du Nord . Follow the same steps as above to reach Jacques Bonsergent.

By Train :
If you’re arriving by train, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are the closest major train stations. From either of these stations, you can either walk, take a quick cab ride , or use the metro to reach the property.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Taxi: Roughly 40-50 minutes, contingent on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Board the Orlyval to Antony, then take the RER B to Gare du Nord. Switch to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and alight at Laumière. We're just a short walk away! Journey time: Approximately 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station:
Taxi: Around 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Board Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and disembark at Laumière. We're located just a short stroll from the station. Journey time: About 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Professional housekeeping services will be provided on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Additional Key: This service is exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys? If they're left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings:
For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

        Cette superbe chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Paris unit confort et design. Elle offre de nombreux équipements comme un lit confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous manque plus à apporter que vos vêtements pour y vivre ! La chambre possède un cadenas si besoin.

    Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
    couette, oreillers…).

        Le logement est localisé dans le quartier Hopital Saint Louis, en plein coeur de Paris. De nombreux commerces, transports publics, restaurants sont situés à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 4 sans ascenseur. Elle est prête-à-vivre et propose une cuisine complètement équipée avec frigo, poêles, casseroles, vaisselle, bouilloire, ustensiles, micro-ondes… Ainsi que lave-linge, tancarville, fer à repasser, planche à repasser. Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage est sur place au sein de cette colocation : balai, balai-brosse, aspirateur, seau et serpillère… Chaque colocation meublée Joivy inclut toutes les charges : eau, assurance habitation, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, wifi illimité, électricité.

        This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Paris is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

    All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

        The flatshare can be found in the Hopital Saint Louis neighborhood, in the heart of Paris. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor 4 without lift. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every Joivy furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax.
