In addition to its functionality, our Ariane residence, named after the first French aviatrix Jacqueline Auriol, will offer you a garden to enjoy a dinner with your roommates, a swimming pool to enjoy relaxing moments or a storage room for residents that can also be used to store your bicycles, useful since the center of Toulouse is only 15 minutes away by pedal.

Cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes, il se compose d'une chambre avec un lit double ou de deux lits simples, une pièce à vivre avec un canapé lit, un coin bureau avec une TV écran plat, kitchenette entièrement équipée et une salle d'eau avec douche et WC. 
La cuisine équipée dispose notamment d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur, des plaques électriques, d'une cafetière et d'une bouilloire. De la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. Vous aurez accès à un parking extérieur, un garage nécessitant de payer un supplément, du linge de toilette, du linge de lit ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au Wifi dans l'appartement.

Une laverie payante est disponible sur place. Les animaux sont admis moyennant un supplément de 60€ par mois.

This flat can accommodate 4 people, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, an office area with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker and kettle. Crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. You will have access to outdoor parking, a garage for an additional fee, towels, bed linen and free Wi-Fi access in the flat.

Laundry facilities are available on site for a fee. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 60€ per month.

To constitute the rental file we ask for an identity document, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a bank account number, these same documents will be asked for in case of a guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival.
