Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your flat mates.
The backyard with its old trees also entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. The building has a big community room with a stunning garden view as well as a dedicated co-working area and lots of space to hang out in.
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

If you move in here, you won't want to leave anytime soon. Coliving is a modern form of living – for all those who want to live life to the fullest.
The contract always starts on the first and ends on the last day of the month. In case of a later move-in or a move-out before the end of the month, the tenant will be charged the full monthly rent.

This cosy and stylishly furnished apartment can offer up to 4 people a home. The apartment has a seperate bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a second large room with two additional single beds if needed (90x200) and a cosy sofa, a bathroom and a kitchen and is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is fully furnished and is located nearby Volkspark Friedrichshain, Kollwitzplatz, Zionskirchplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Kastanienallee and all the other nice places in Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg.

Nearby there are hotspots such as Volkspark, Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz. Prenzlauer Berg is simply the place-to-be - because in addition to the stylish nightclubs there are cute cafes and underground bars, on the streets you can meet students and families, young and old, primordial rocks or world travelers ... hardly a district is so mixed Like the Prenzlauer Berg.

You will find a quiet spot in the Volkspark Friedrichshain or a place for your jogging track.

This agreement ensures that water and energy are used sustainably.
