The listed housing estate is located in the district Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, district Wilmersdorf. Due to its proximity to Olivaer Platz, Kurfürstendamm, Adenauer Platz and Preußenpark, this is a very popular and urban residential area where the charm of the Berlin West has been preserved. Numerous shopping facilities and specialist shops as well as upscale gastronomy, with established pubs and bars are within walking distance. The underground stations Adenauer Platz and Konstanzer Straße are within short walking distance. The nearby city freeway also offers optimal transport connections.
