It is located right by the U-Bahn station Kurfürstendamm (U1, U9) which easily gets you around the city and takes you up north or east in Kreuzberg. Alternatively, it is also close to Wittenbergplatz (U2), that takes you rigth to Mitte and up to Prenzlauer Berg.
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.

Das Zimmer und die verglaste Loggia mit Doppelbett sind nach Sueden in den sehr schönen und ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig. Die Loggia dient etwa 6 Monate lang quasi als Schlafzimmer ausser in den kalten Monaten, da dort keine Heizung vorhanden ist und es zu Kondenswasserbildung kommt. In den Monaten April bis Oktober kann man dort uebernachten. In den uebrigen Monaten Nov.-März darf die Loggia wegen Kondenswasserbildung nicht genutzt werden! Das Schloss Charlottenburg, die Deutsche Oper, die Wilmersdorfer Strasse, die Technische Universität, die Universität der Kuenste und die Spree sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle M45 Richtung Zoologischer Garten liegt direkt vor der Haustuer, sehr nahe auch U2 Deutsche Oper und U7 Richard-Wagner-Platz.
