Beschreibung

Im Seitenflügel eines Mehrfamilienhauses befindet sich dieses tolle Single Apartment: Auf rund 45 qm ist hier alles für einen Single vorhanden mit gefliestem Bad sowie Flur. Die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage.

Von der Eingangstür kommt man durch den Flur in das geräumige Wohnzimmer geradezu, und rechterhand liegt das innenliegende Bad. Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man die Küche. Diese Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Single oder auch für ein junges Paar. Es ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. 

Flur und Zimmer sind mit einem neuen Eichen-Fertigparkettboden ausgestattet. Die Küche sieht toll mit ihrer blauen Farbe aus, hat einen hellen Fliesenspiegel und der Boden ist grau gefliest. Das Bad mit Badewanne wurde in Weiß neu ausgestattet. Zwischen der Küche und Bad wurde ein Sichtfenster angebracht, damit auch natürliches Licht im Bad verfügbar ist.



Lage

Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und somit schön hell. Friedrichshain bietet mit seinen Bars, Restaurants und Club alles, was ein lebendiger Stadtteil braucht. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain liegt direkt um die Ecke, hier kann man sich in grüner Umgebung erholen. 

Die Petersburger Straße ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hier kommt man mit der Tram Richtung Warschauer Straße oder in den Prenzlauer Berg zentral überall hin, und ein Anschluss an die U-Bahn besteht am Frankfurter Tor. 

Auch mit dem Auto kann man über die Karl-Marx-Allee schnell den Alexanderplatz, den Ostbahnhof und vieles mehr erreichen.
