Lichtenrade is a district of Berlin, belonging to the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. The district is historically rural and the shape of the old green suburb is still visible today. In the centre are the Lichtenrade village church and the Giebelpfuhl village pond. The village green, together with those of Marienfelde and Lübars, has best preserved its village character.
