Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
The area is a very vibrant part of the city close to some lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés. Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The borough is stage and home for creativity and you can find some of Berlin’s most interesting museums, plenty of green spaces &amp; diverse cultural life.

This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

This modern and central Apartment has pretty much everything to offer you can imagine of including intergrated ceiling lighting, underfloor heating, oak parquet and floor to ceiling windows. Superb interior with an eye to detail makes you feel home right away. The open plan kitchen sheme has modern appliances f.e which includes a `Gorenje` oven by `Karim Rashid` -The LED lighting provides an excellent view of the cooking hob and the surrounding area, adding a welcome aesthetic and functional element in the kitchen- a real gem. The bedroom can be seperated by using the sliding doors and has its own en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. An extra Wc for guests is also available right on the entrance of the apartment. Washing machine and dryer are available. Monthly cleaning and a garage spot is included in the rental price. 

Friedrichstr., Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Reichstag, most major embassies and government buildings just around the corner. In 250m there is Lafayette. Subway station `Französischestr.U6`and several busses from Unter den linden are within 100m from the apartment and offer great public transportation and connections around the clock.

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Kwilu is located in Mitte, Berlin’s most central district, famed for its combination of history, and vibrant youth culture. Combining a modern look with a jungle feel, the apartment features two double bedrooms, both bathed in light. Each is equipped with ample storage space, with the master bedroom especially well endowed with both cupboard and floor space. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 

The vast open plan area contains the kitchen, dining and living areas, and a dedicated work area. The kitchen is complete with hand made, dark wooden fittings. These complement the furniture and plants in the living areas to really bring the jungle theme to life. The smart TV and high-speed WiFi mean that whether you want to work or relax, you’ll be connected straight away. The huge sliding glass door system floods the area with light, and leads out onto the ample  balcony, furnished to comfortably seat four. 

The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, including bed linens, so you’ll be right at home from day one.
