The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

Should you want to book the room as a couple, it will cost 100 € extra per Month.

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :) 

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.

The building is located in one of Berlin's most trendy neighborhood, directly next to Alexanderplatz and the Berliner Dom. What can you expect? Restaurants, bars, and small cafés are right off your doorstep. It is your decision whether to spend a warm summer day at the Spree or meet with your roommates in our community spaces for a cold beer after work.
