Diese 85 qm große und möblierte helle Berliner Altbau-Wohnung mit drei Zimmern und Balkon lädt mit ihrem Charme zum Verweilen ein. Neben den drei Zimmern verfügt die Balkonwohnung über eine Küche mit neuer und hochwertiger Einbauküche und Speisekammer, einem Bad mit Badewanne und eine Abstellkammer. (Schriftliche) Führung durch die Wohnung: Durch die Wohnungstür tritt man in den hohen und großen Flur, von dem als erstes rechts die Küche mit moderner/hochwertiger und voll ausgestatteter Einbauküche abgeht. Neben einer 2,10 m hoher und geräumigen Kühl- und Gefrierschrankkombi, gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, eine Speisekammer, Geschirr, Besteck, etc.... Da die Küche in den Westen ausgerichtet ist und einen weiten Blick hinter den Cheruskerpark bietet, kann man hier beim Abendessen oder Feierabend-Tee den Sonnenuntergang über Berlin genießen. Am Ende des Flurs befindet sich das kleine, aber praktische Badezimmer mit Badewanne; von dort teilt sich auch die Wohnung nach links und rechts auf: Rechts befindet sich das ca. 20 qm große nördlich ausgerichtete Zimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und (Schlaf)Sofa. Auf der linken Seite der Wohnung befindet sich das lichtdurchflutetes Balkonzimmer (22,5 qm), welches nach Osten ausgerichtet ist. Dieses ist mit drei hohen Regalen, einem Schaukelstuhl, Tisch und Stühlen, umfunktionierbares Bettsofa und einem Tabletttisch ausgestattet. Aufgrund der hohen Decken von 3,40 m und den hohen Fenstern erfreuen sich alle Räume der Wohnung über eine helle und willkommen heißende Atmosphäre



Lage

Auch gemütliche Cafés und Läden der berühmten Akazienstraße sowie die geschichtsträchtige "Roten Insel" oder der szenige Bergmann-Kiez wollen erkundet werden – auch in Pandemie-Zeiten wird hier guter Kaffee ausgeschenkt und kann unter Wahrung des nötigen Abstandes in den Parks oder flanierend getrunken werden. Mit ÖPNV ist man schnell am Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Alexander Platz. Die Freie Universität sowie die Humboldt Universität zu Berlin sind gut mit der S-Bahn S1 (25 bis 30 min) zu erreichen oder mit dem Auto (die FU über die Stadt-Autobahn in 15 min, die HU über die Potsdamer Str., Unter den Linden in 25 min). Die Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten oder mit dem Bus in 15 min erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf der „Roten Insel“ in Schöneberg, einem Ort, bedeutender deutscher Geschichte – Marlene Dietrich, Hildegard Knef sind hier geboren und haben hier gelebt, der Umsturzversuch von 1944 wurde hier geplant. Der Kiez ist freundlich und ruhig mit vielen privaten Cafés, auch Kinos, Bars und Restaurants sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die entschleunigte, doch belebte Akazienstraße lohnt einen Abstecher, folgt man dieser für eine Weile, erreicht man den Winterfeldtplatz. Hier gibt es am Mittwoch und Samstag einen tollen Markt! Der Bergmannkiez kann u.a. durch einen 30 min Spaziergang erreicht werden. Für sportlich aktive befindet sich nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß eine Boulderhalle (zur Zeit aufgrund von Corona nicht in Betrieb) sowie Beachvolleyballfelder, Basketballkörbe, ein Boule-Platz. Auch gibt es einige Parks und wundervolle Laufstrecken. Die Wohnung liegt äußerst zentral und ist gut angebunden. So verkehrt die Ringbahn von Südkreuz (u.a. direkt zum Flughafen Schönefeld, aber auch ins hippe Neukölln). Die S1 von der Julius-Leber-Brücke führt direkt zum Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor oder in der anderen Richtung zur FU-Berlin (Umstieg Lichterfeld-West oder zu Fuß weiter) oder sowie zu den West-Berliner Seen in Zehlendorf, Nicolai-See, Wannensee. Darüber hinaus fahren die Busse 104 und 106 vor der Tür ab. Weitere Busse wie der M48 oder M46 erreicht man binnen wenigen 8 min zu Fuß, die U-Bahnlinie U7 startet ab Kleistpark, ein Spaziergang von ca. 12 min.
