The very modern bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is in shiny white. We also provide you with an iron, ironing board, drying rack and a vacuum cleaner. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. 

Dryer and bike room are in the house. A single garage parking space is available as an option.

Best residential area on the Petuelring, approx. 4 km north of the city center of Munich.
