Das Apartment liegt im Leonhardsviertel – Stuttgarts historischem Altstadtviertel. Kreative Szene, beliebte Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und das Rotlichtmilieu liegen hier friedlich Tür an Tür. Die Straße ist tagsüber eher ruhig, unter der Woche entspannt und am Wochenende lebendiger. Markthalle, Schlossplatz sowie Heusteig- und Bohnenviertel erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Zentral gelegen und dennoch gut erreichbar!

Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei einzelnen Gästezimmern innerhalb eines Apartments.
Sie mieten ein privat abschließbares Zimmer – Küche und Badezimmer werden mit maximal zwei weiteren Gästen geteilt.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche umfassen eine Küchenzeile sowie ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine. Einmal pro Woche werden Küche, Bad und Flur von uns gereinigt.
Jedes Zimmer ist funktional und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Bett mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Beleuchtung, großem Spiegel, Garderobenstange und Kommode.
Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann auch das gesamte Apartment gebucht werden (separates Inserat).

These events can be in form of fancy restaurant dinners, exclusive catered house-parties, long weekend lunches or even personalized pub crawls. Of course, with pleasure, we carry all costs of our highly valued get-togethers. 

With us, the rent you pay is an all-inclusive rent. No headaches, no subsequent payments or hidden costs. Everything is included: electricity, very fast 100 Mbit/s internet, water, heating and washing machine costs. You also don’t have to worry about any administrative TO DOs like city registration for example. We will take care of everything. Moreover, we offer a 24/7 Community Member Service for any issue that may arise, may it be a simple restaurant recommendation, city bureaucracy questions or any form of personal emergency. 

We carefully select every member of our community and thus fully trust them; this is also why we are the only co-living player on the market that does not require a deposit. We believe that our non-deposit policy liberates our clients from unnecessary financial burdens and gives them more flexibility within their fast-paced career lifestyles.

This bright and inviting room offers a perfect blend of modern functionality and comfort. It features a double bed with neutral grey linens, a dedicated workspace with a sleek white desk and an ergonomic armchair, perfect for remote work or study.
Storage is spacious with a white mirrored wardrobe and a matching chest of drawers. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this space provides a clean, stylish, and practical retreat. The kitchen offers a stunning rooftop view of the city, fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a dedicated coffee station for your morning brew. The bathroom provides a clean, practical space for refreshment, featuring a full-sized bathtub with an integrated shower and ample vanity storage for all your essentials.

The apartment is located in the heart of Stuttgart-Mitte, offering excellent connectivity and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The Olgaeck U-Bahn station is only a short 1–2 minute walk away, while Charlottenplatz — one of Stuttgart’s main public transport hubs — can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
