Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und dennoch zentralen Lage in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen Süd. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Tegut Supermarkt. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind fußläufig auf der Schweizer Str. zu erreichen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bushaltestelle Südfriedhof; U-Bahn/ S-Bahn Haltestelle Südbahnhof) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Haus ist unterteilt in einen WG Bereich (EG und 1.OG) der von 5 Personen bewohnt wird und einem Apartment im Dachgeschoss dass von 2 Personen bewohnt wird. Das Zimmer das gemietet werden kann gehört zum WG Bereich. Das Gemeinschaftsbad wird mit den anderen WG Mitbewohnern geteilt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates Gäste WC und eine zweite Dusche. 

Die Küche ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche und mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Hier kannst du deine Kochkünste unter Beweis stellen und gemeinsam mit deinen Mitbewohnern kochen und essen. Darüberhinaus ist ein großer Garten vorhanden. Dieser kann gerne von allen Bewohnern zum gemeinsamen grillen oder Sonnenbaden genutzt werden. 

In den Nebenkosten sind die Kosten für das Internet enthalten. 
Ausserdem sind in den Nebenkosten eine Reinigungskraft für alle öffentlichen Bereiche der WG enthalten (z.B. Flure, Bäder, Küche), die einmal die Woche die Reinigung vornimmt. Somit ist gewährleistet das die geteilten Bereiche sauber bleiben. Eine Waschmaschine ist im Keller für alle Mieter Verfügbar.
