                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.

Some of our apartments are currently undergoing renovation. Should this be the case, all apartments are guaranteed to be ready for occupancy by the agreed move-in date. After completion, they meet our high standards of quality and furnishing. As all our apartments follow the same design concept, you can expect an equally attractive and comfortable living environment.
