Four-room apartment on the 4th floor, comfortable and bright, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

La zona notte è composta da 4 camere da letto con 1 letto singolo, 2 poltrone letto e 3 letti matrimoniali. L’appartamento è dotato di wifi, televisione, lavatrice e aria condizionata. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città.
