Terrazza Aphrodite gode di una posizione strategica con vista mare, vista città e vista panoramica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, frigorifero/freezer e macchina del caffè. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto singolo nella zona giorno e da 2 camere da letto con 2 matrimoniali, e può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo e arricchito da zona pranzo all'aperto e solarium.Terrazza Aphrodite dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Per prenotazioni con check in compreso tra il 07 gennaio e il 24 febbraio 2026 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili. 

Il check out non sarà possibile per le date comprese dal 03 febbraio al 22 febbraio 2026 incluso.
Per il mese di febbraio 2026 la tariffa può subire variazioni.
Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Terrazza Aphrodite is an Apartment spacious and , perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Salerno  on the first floor with Lift and consists of 2 rooms . Terrazza Aphrodite enjoys a strategic location with a seaview, city view and panoramic view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.The sleeping area consists of 1 single sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, can accommodate up to 5 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by outdoor dining area and solarium.Terrazza Aphrodite also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Camere ampie e luminose. Situato al centro di Pompei, a 300 metri di distanza dagli scavi e dal Santuario della Beata Vergine del Rosario. Ben collegato a tutte le Stazioni ferroviarie e alle fermate degli autobus. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Napoli, Salerno, e tutte le principali mete turistiche locali.
Tre camere da letto, 2 bagni, salone, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, ripostiglio, angolo lavanderia esterno su balcone cucina. Un posto auto interno al viale condominiale (non garantito). Posti auto esterni gratuiti su strada privata di accesso al condominio.

Appartamento dotato si self check-in con Vikey. Per il
primo mese i documenti verranno acquisiti tramite la
procedura di self check-in. Per i mesi successivi al
primo, si procederà con regolare contratto transitorio

Dopo aver terminato la procedura di self check-in tramite
Vikey, verrà inviato il link per poter aprire la cassetta di

first month, documents will be acquired through the
self check-in procedure. For months after the
first, we will proceed with regular transitional contract

Appartamento LE COCCINELLE

Si affitta un appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale ed un divano-letto.
Il bagno è illuminato da luci di design, dagli elementi in ceramica bianca. Mettiamo a disposizione un kit di cortesia con shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone mani, oltre agli elettrodomestici come un asciugacapelli e lavatrice.
La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici moderni, come un piano cottura a induzione, un ampio frigorifero, un forno, bollitore, tostapane, macchina del caffè NESPRESSO e tutti gli utensili necessari per la preparazione e consumazione dei tuoi pasti. 

Dopo aver terminato la procedura di check-in online
tramite Vikey, verrà inviato il link per poter aprire il portone
del palazzo tramite il proprio smartphone e recuperare le
chiavi della porta di casa all’interno di una cassetta di
sicurezza. Durante il soggiorno si useranno le chiavi
fisiche sia per aprire il portone del palazzo che la porta di
casa. Rimarrà comunque attiva la possibilità di aprire il
solo portone del palazzo con il proprio smartphone.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator, an oven, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for preparing and eating your meals.
