Terrazza Aphrodite è un Appartamento spazioso e , perfetto per soggiorni business e leisure.L’ Appartamento si trova a Salerno  al primo piano con Ascensore ed è composto da 2 stanze . Terrazza Aphrodite gode di una posizione strategica con vista mare, vista città e vista panoramica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e riscaldamento.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, frigorifero/freezer e macchina del caffè. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto singolo nella zona giorno e da 2 camere da letto con 2 matrimoniali, e può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal terrazzo e arricchito da zona pranzo all'aperto e solarium.Terrazza Aphrodite dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese&nbsp;dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili.&nbsp;

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione.&nbsp;CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento.&nbsp;E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.&nbsp;
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA:&nbsp;E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.&nbsp;

Terrazza Aphrodite is an Apartment spacious and , perfect for business and leisure stays.The Apartment is located in Salerno  on the first floor with Lift and consists of 2 rooms . Terrazza Aphrodite enjoys a strategic location with a seaview, city view and panoramic view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.The sleeping area consists of 1 single sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, can accommodate up to 5 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by outdoor dining area and solarium.Terrazza Aphrodite also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;&nbsp;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied.&nbsp;The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

Si affitta appartamento con due camere da letto in una villetta autonoma, senza ascensore (piano terra). 
L'appartamento è composto da due grandi camere da letto, con un bagno grande e un bagno secondario di servizio. 
L'appartamento si compone anche di una area "palestrina", un'ampia cucina e salotto. 

Appartamento dotato si self check-in con Vikey. Per il
primo mese i documenti verranno acquisiti tramite la
procedura di self check-in. Per i mesi successivi al
primo, si procederà con regolare contratto transitorio
registrato.
Dopo aver terminato la procedura di self check-in tramite
Vikey, verrà inviato il link per poter aprire la cassetta di
sicurezza e recuperare le chiavi di casa.

We rent two-bedroom apartment in a self-contained cottage without an elevator (ground floor). 
The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, with a large bathroom and a secondary service bathroom. 
The apartment also consists of a "gymnasium" area, a large kitchen and living room. 

Apartment equipped si self check-in with Vikey. For the
first month, documents will be acquired through the
self check-in procedure. For months after the
first, we will proceed with regular transitional contract
registered.
After finishing the self check-in procedure through
Vikey, you will be sent the link to be able to open the safe
safe and retrieve the house keys.

Ingresso, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli che si possono unire , entrambe le stanze da letto hanno accesso al poggiolo poi c'è un bagno con doccia ed una cucina attrezzata , wifi incluso . Parcheggio incluso ed accesso ad un ampio terrazzo condominiale sopra l'appartamento ed ampio giardino privato in condivisione con il proprietario. L'appartamento è comodo anche per Pompeii, Ercolano e Napoli e zone limitrofe che sono direttamente collegate da ottime connessioni di treni e aliscafi. Si prega di notare che c'è anche la possibilità dal mese di giugno al mese di settembre di affittare le singole stanze. Non esitate a contattarci a questo riguardo!
