Casa Degli Ulivi è una Villa luminosa e finemente arredata, ideale per una pausa rigenerante.La Villa si trova a Monte San Savino in provincia di Arezzo  ed è composto da 3 stanze con Giardino e Parcheggio privato. Casa Degli Ulivi gode di una posizione strategica con vista giardino e vista panoramica . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da  3 camere da letto con 2 matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal giardino e arricchito da barbecue e zona pranzo all'aperto.Casa Degli Ulivi dispone inoltre anche di: area giochi per bambini e televisione.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano:
per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.
 
Al termine del soggiorno potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento per il lavaggio dei tessili. 
 

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra. 
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Casa Degli Ulivi is an Villa bright and finely furnished, ideal for a refreshing break.The Villa is located in Monte San Savino in the province of Arezzo  and consists of 3 rooms with Garden and Private Car Park. Casa Degli Ulivi enjoys a strategic location with a garden view and panoramic view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of  3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, can accommodate up to 6 people.The outdoor space consists of the garden and enriched by barbecue and outdoor dining area.Casa Degli Ulivi also offers: children's play area and television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Villa San Pietro is a beautiful property located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Cortona, whose view of the gentle slopes and monuments creates an unmistakable skyline, visible from the garden of the villa, creating a unique splendour for guests who will have the pleasure of spending their holidays here.

Dating back to the eighteenth century and lovingly restored, the property can accommodate up to 14 people, a part (10) inside the two units of the main villa and the other (4) in an apartment in an elegant cottage a few meters away. Totally surrounded by greenery, Villa San Pietro is characterized by an elegant park, full of quiet and privacy, inserted in a landscape of rare beauty, characterized by lush vegetation and crops of fruit trees, olive trees and vineyards.

The swimming pool (12x6 m - maximum depth 2,50 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), large and panoramic, is perfectly exposed in order to enjoy the Tuscan sun and equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, also free full wi fi coverage. 

At the guests disposal an area equipped with barbecue and wood burning pizza oven to cook and enjoy your favorite dishes al fresco.
Villa San Pietro is composed of two buildings: the main villa is divided into two apartments, each with separate entrance and private garden, and is furnished in classic Tuscan style, with great attention to detail and comfort.

In front of the main villa there is the cottage with the third apartment, which is also furnished with typical Tuscan taste and with private entrance and garden.

With entrance on the ground floor the bigger apartment of the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It develops on 2 floors, with living area on the ground floor and sleepings area on the first floor (connected by a stone staircase).

Immersed in the rolling hills of the Valdichiana countryside, a few kilometers from the cities of Civitella in Val di Chiana, Arezzo and Cortona, we are in front of a panoramic and independent property which, from its elevated position, overlooks and dominates the surrounding area, rich of cultivated fields, sunflowers, olive trees and vineyards: Villa Stefi.

The villa stands in a large garden full of flowers and plants where you will also have a parking space. The beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5 m, fixed height 1.5 m, open from May to September and entirely fenced) is located in a panoramic position and well exposed to the sun. It is complete with sunbeds, umbrella with table and chairs and solar shower. From the swimming pool, the gaze is lost in the surrounding countryside, a landscape that with its colors and scents will leave you breathless and will give you glimpses of rare beauty.

Outside you will also have at your disposal a ping pong table, a barbecue and tables and chairs to be able to enjoy your meals in the open air, perhaps accompanied by one of the great wines produced in this area. The villa is completely fenced and also has a laundry room.

The interiors of Villa Stefi are spacious (about 400m2) and bright and are characterized by halls with ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout the house that recall the world-famous rustic Tuscan style. The villa is spread over two floors connected both internally and by an external stone staircase. You enter from the ground floor onto a large living room complete with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, and then continue into the dining area equipped with a dining table and adjoining kitchen, which is equipped with everything needed to cook your favorite dishes . Villa La Capannina was born from the skilful renovation of an old stone farmhouse of peasant origin that has been turned into a charming and comfortable accommodation, perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape and an ideal place to host families or groups of friends (sleeps 11, 300 sqm ). The villa, private and independent, is located in an easily accessible and elevated position from which you will have a beautiful view of the Valdichiana and the vineyard at the end of the garden.

Villa La Capannina is located in equidistant position both from the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona and from the medieval Castiglion Fiorentino, two small Tuscan pearls rich in history, culture, architectural beauties and enogastronomic richness. From its central position the villa will also allow you to easily reach most of the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian cities during pleasant day trips.

In front of the villa you have a beautiful garden enriched by paths and vine trees at disposal that lead you to the beautiful swimming pool (6x12 meters - fixed depth 1.65 meters - completely fenced - open from May 15th to September 15th) perfectly exposed to the sun during the day and complete with deckchairs and umbrellas to enjoy your moments of relaxation. Next to the pool there is a small stone building: it is a comfortable annex complete with shaded seating areas and guest toilet. The annex has a beautiful outdoor wooden pergola with barbecue, tables and chairs that make it the ideal place for al fresco dining.

Villa La Capannina has also been internally affected by a renovation aimed at maintaining some of the characteristics of the old peasant houses (terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, stone stairs) but at the same time has allowed the introduction of modern elements which have made it extremely pleasant and tasteful.

From the large arched glass front post you will have direct access to a large and very bright living room complete with satellite TV, large sofa and stone fireplace. The lounge continues onto the dining room complete with table and chairs and then leads you into the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. The kitchen also has direct access to the garden, making it extremely convenient for your outdoor meals preparation. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom characterized by direct access to the garden, as well as a convenient utility room for a laundry.

A beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor dedicated exclusively to the sleeping area. Here in fact we find 4 double rooms, 1 single room and 3 bathrooms all complete with shower. The areas are all spacious and functional, furnished with care and attention to detail.
