Art Gallery Living and Working gode di una posizione strategica con vista giardino e vista città . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 2 camere da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo, e può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal balcone e arricchito da zona pranzo all'aperto.Art Gallery Living and Working dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Art Gallery Living and Working enjoys a strategic location with a garden view and city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 5 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony and enriched by outdoor dining area.Art Gallery Living and Working also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
