The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed , and a living room with 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality.

This apartment was completely renovated in June 2019; it is characterized by high quality finishes, great attention to detail and modern amenities, which include central heating, air conditioning in every room, Bialetti coffee machine, 55" Apple TV. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and is equipped with latest generation fixtures, which make it extremely quiet. The building is completely accessible and it is not necessary to face any step to access.

In the immediate vicinity of Via Cairoli you will find the XI Settembre Park and the Cavaticcio Park, where on Saturday the organic market of the earth is held and during the summer a rich calendar of gastronomic and musical events is scheduled.
A stone's throw from the apartment is the Cineteca di Bologna and the museum of modern city art (MamBo). Some of the most interesting restaurants in the city can be reached in just a few steps: among these we cannot fail to mention the Arcimboldo, È Cucina Leopardi and the Tartufo Restaurant. Finally, at about 250 meters, from the apartment you can find the most stocked supermarket in the center of Bologna.

Public transportation:
The bus stop is a few meters from the door of the building, along Via dei Mille: from there you can quickly get to Piazza Maggiore, the station or the Fiera.

Parking:
The apartment is located just outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). 
It is possible to park for a fee at the nearby APCOA Riva Reno car park, which is about 500 meters from the building, at a cost of € 15 per day, prices on monthly passes on request. Alternatively you can find a place on the street inside the blue lines, paying for the hourly ticket (red parking meters). Parking is free on Sunday; and Monday to Saturday from 20:00 to 8:00 h. 

Pets:
Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).

Gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; located on the 2nd floor (without lift, 60 steps) of a historic building in the city centre, in a strategic and exclusive context: a few steps from Piazza Santo Stefano and the most famous monuments of Bologna.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

This magnificent flat of about 90 sqm, completely renovated in February 2017, is equipped with high quality finishes, such as latest generation anti-noise windows, parquet flooring in all bedrooms, walls decorated with Venetian plaster and a romantic fireplace in the living room, as well as optical fiber WiFi.

The apartment opens onto a welcoming living room where the warm nuances chosen for the coverings, the refined custom-made furniture and the colorful paintings hanging on the walls create a modern and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of work or exploration of the city. The furnishings include an elegant 3-person sofa, a small white fabric pouf and a glass table, complete with elegant seating for 4 people and dominated by an iconic design arc lamp.

Just behind the part dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, the kitchen can be accessed via a sliding glass door. Fully equipped and made to measure, it is characterized by white lacquered wall units, and is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave and gas stove.

The layout of the apartment is comfortable and clever; the sleeping area is separated from the living room by a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and to the bathrooms. The bedrooms overlook the internal courtyard, and are therefore very quiet. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The refined en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom has a French size bed (140 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe and a comfortable desk for smart working.

The apartment has a bathroom which can be accessed from the corridor, and is modern and well finished. The large and elegant shower is built on site and behind it there is a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the corridor, which includes useful wardrobes to keep household items and also gives access to a practical closet, where the tools for cleaning and maintaining the house are available.

The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of € 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. 

Area:
The apartment is located in a prestigious context, in the heart of the centre of Bologna, in a historic building very close to Piazza Santo Stefano and the most important monuments of the city. The apartment is located near the lively university district, a stone's throw from Palazzo Pepoli, home to the Museum of the history of Bologna. A walk through the center will lead you to discover points of great historical and artistic interest, such as the prestigious Academy of Fine Arts, the famous Teatro dell'Opera Comunale, the characteristic Jewish ghetto, the Garisenda and Asinelli towers (5 minutes on foot). Via dell'Indipendenza, the best-known shopping street in Bologna, is about 400 m away. The quadrilateral of alleys that rises alongside Piazza Maggiore, and which has its center in Via Pescherie Vecchie, with all its food and wine shops, is also located a very short distance away.

Public transportation: 
Being the center of Bologna, the area is well served by public transport. Along Via Santo Stefano you can take buses to reach the fair, the hospitals and the train station. 

Parking: 
The apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and a ticket is requested. Paid parking spaces are available nearby: there is one in Via San Petronio Vecchio and a second in Vicolo San Damiano 3/3.
It is possible to obtain temporary residence and a pass to drive around the historic center only for stays longer than 3 months. For shorter stays, access is guaranteed only for 3 days a month (not consecutive, or for 4 consecutive days) upon payment of a specific permit.

Pets: Pets are allowed, there is an extra fee of € 100+VAT.

Accogliente monolocale vicino a Piazza dei Martiri, a due passi dalla stazione di Bologna e dal Parco della Montagnola.

L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano di un palazzo dotato di ascensore, si compone di un unico ambiente luminoso e dai colori caldi. Sulla sinistra gli ospiti troveranno un divano letto doppio, un mobile con TV e un tavolo da pranzo subito, sulla destra invece un angolo cottura a scomparsa attrezzato con microonde e bollitore. Proseguendo verso la finestra si passa alla zona notte, che comprende un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Completa il layout un bagno con doccia.

Comfort quali lavatrice, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata e riscaldamento saranno a disposizione nell’alloggio.
