This magnificent 2 bedroom apartment of about 110 sqm was completely renovated in March 2018 and is equipped with high-end finishes such as the latest generation of anti-noise windows, air conditioning, natural wood parquet flooring, exposed beams, doors with original glass from the 1900s, romantic plaster stucco on the walls and ceilings, as well as a fast fiber optic internet connection. This cosy studio apartment has been recently renovated (2013) and is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a stately building next to San Petronio Basilica, in the heart of Bologna Old Town. It sits in a Medieval courtyard filled with handicraft shops and typical restaurants.

The apartment was completely renovated and equipped with new and functional furniture in February 2017. The heating is centralized throughout the building and can be adjusted by thermostats on each radiator, while both, the living and sleeping area, are equipped with air conditioning units.
The property features next-generation finishes: the original windows have been restored and equipped with insulating, sound-proof double glazing. It overlooks the scenic façade of St. Peter's Cathedral, though it is removed from the street and, therefore, particularly quiet. In order to preserve the style of ancient aristocratic buildings in Bologna, the floors were left with their original hexagonal terracotta tiles and the ceiling of the living room with the existing plaster decoration. The property is easily accessible, but it is necessary to climb six steps to reach the entrance to the lift.
