L'appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio,  la zona è a traffico limitato, ma attraversando il viale limitrofo è possibile parcheggiare evitandola.  La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, frigorifero e bollitore. La zona notte è composta da 2 camere con 2 matrimoniali. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di aria condizionata, wifi, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, linea cortesia, stereo e ampio terrazzo abitabile, al piano superiore, cui è possibile accedere tramite una scala posta in salotto, da cui si gode il silenzio e la vista sui tetti della città. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Qualsiasi servizio è a portata di mano e raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti!

Per prenotazioni con check in compreso tra il 07 gennaio e il 24 febbraio 2026 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili. 

Il check out non sarà possibile per le date comprese dal 03 febbraio al 22 febbraio 2026 incluso.
Per il mese di febbraio 2026 la tariffa può subire variazioni.

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

RENTAL CONDITION:

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
