Situato al piano terra, con accesso diretto al piccolo giardino con terrazzo sopraelevato con splendida vista mare, per mangiare con una vista mare impareggiabile. Grande piscina condominiale stagionale all’aperto molto tranquilla con zona relax ombreggiata, lettini e sdraio, posto auto privato e 6 posti auto a disposizione del condominio.
L’appartamento si compone di una zona giorno con un divano letto due posti (con comodissimo materasso memory spessore 17 cm, guanciali in memory , paragonabile ad un comodo letto normale). Armadiature e mobili giorno interamente realizzati su misura nei colori del bianco, legno e turchese. La cucina è attrezzata con ampio frigorifero – congelatore, forno, piano cottura ad induzione con cappa aspirante, lavastoviglie. Impianto di climatizzazione / riscaldamento con pompa di calore, aspirazione aria puntuale, TV a schermo piatto.

Apartment with 4 beds, recently renovated and furnished with custom-made design solutions. A true corner of paradise overlooking the renowned Saracen village of Varigotti.
Located between Finale Ligure and Varigotti, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches.
The apartment is on the ground floor and offers direct access to a small garden with an elevated terrace boasting a breathtaking sea view — perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

The residence features a large, quiet seasonal shared swimming pool, a shaded relaxation area with loungers and deckchairs, one private parking space, and six additional shared parking spaces available to residents.

The apartment consists of a living area with a double sofa bed (featuring a high-quality 17 cm memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows, offering the same comfort as a regular bed). Custom-made furniture in white, wood, and turquoise tones gives the space a fresh and elegant design.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob with extractor hood, and dishwasher. The property also includes air conditioning/heating with a heat pump, air extraction system, and a flat-screen TV.
A design dining table is integrated into the kitchen area.

There is a separate sleeping area with custom-made bunk beds and storage drawers, divided by a custom sliding wooden door leading to the anteroom and bathroom.
The anteroom includes a washing machine, under-sink cabinet, and electric water heater.
The bathroom is complete with bidet and shower.

The terrace is furnished with a designer dining table, ideal for outdoor dining with a sea view.

The location is perfect for mountain biking in Finalborgo and surfing in Finale Ligure. There’s a bus stop right outside the building, and the Finale Ligure train station is just 10 minutes away.

Per prenotazioni con check in compreso tra il 07 gennaio e il 24 febbraio 2026 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili. 

Il check out non sarà possibile per le date comprese dal 03 febbraio al 22 febbraio 2026 incluso.
Per il mese di febbraio 2026 la tariffa può subire variazioni.
Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Large apartment in a residential complex in Pietra Ligure. It is located on the second floor and from the terrace you have an open view of Pietra Ligure and its sea. Consisting of a large living area with two sofa beds, two bedrooms and a kitchen, it is the ideal place for a family holiday. But the real surprise is the shared swimming pool and tennis court, which will make your holidays in Liguria even more pleasant!

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
