- € 1900,00 in caso di affitto dell' intero appartamento;
- € 475,00 a posto letto nel caso di affitto di camera doppia;
- € 800,00 in caso di affitto come camera singola.
Sono da ritenersi escluse le spese relative alle utenze di luce, gas e acqua (stimate per € 80,00 a utenza da condividere con gli altri coinquilini), da corrispondersi mensilmente.
Sono, invece, da ritenersi incluse le spese condominiali e la Tari.
Inoltre, è prevista la fornitura, senza costi aggiuntivi, di biancheria da letto e da bagno nonché di tovagliato e biancheria per la cucina.

THE ROOM
The room can be used either as a double or a single. It consists of two single beds (90x200 cm, which can be joined to form a double bed), two nightstands, a comfortable 140 cm desk suitable for two study stations, bookshelves, and a spacious wardrobe with drawers and a full-length mirror. The room has a balcony overlooking Viale Forlanini.

COSTS: Considering that the rooms can be used either as doubles or singles, the monthly rent amounts to:
- € 1900,00 with regard to the entire apartment;
- € 475.00 per bed in the case of renting as a double room;
- € 800.00 in the case of renting as a single room.
The costs of electricity, gas and water are not included (and amount to € 80,00/month for each utility) and are to be shared with the other flat mates.
