Ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax, della tranquillità, per godersi a pieno la riviera ligure di ponente o per lavorare da remoto insieme alla famiglia. Uno spazio esterno permette di pranzare all'aperto o di prendere il sole. La spiaggia si trova letteralmente a pochi metri di distanza. A seguito dell'assenza di precipitazioni, ai lavori per l'ampliamento dell'acquedotto ed al grande afflusso turistico, potrebbero verificarsi nel corso della giornata cali di pressione e momentanee assenze di fornitura di acqua negli impianti domestici.

Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Apartment a stone's throw from the sea. Recently completely renovated, with all comforts. Ideal for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, to fully enjoy the western Ligurian Riviera or to work remotely with the family. An outdoor area allows you to dine outdoors or sunbathe. The beach is literally a few meters away. Following the absence of rainfall, the works for the expansion  of the aqueduct and the large influx of tourists, during the day there could be drops in pressure and temporary absences of water supply in the domestic systems.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
