The Casale is minutes away by foot  from the ancient borgo of Pulica and 3 kmq by car from the  borgo of Fosdinovo with the Malaspina Castle, bars and Restaurants.
The seaside beach area is 12 km/h from the villa,  Boca di Magra, Marinella, Lerici and Cinque Terre. 
Walking the Francigena path, hiking, biking the little borgos, on the hills , a visit to Carrara with the marble caves, Sarzana with beautiful churches, Shops and Restaurants, the area of Lunigiana  is full of things to see and enjoy in all the seasons.
