Pavimento in parquet. Ristrutturato, arredato, luminoso, ultimo piano, finestre isolanti con vetrata unica. 

Piazza Caiazzo, in una via residenziale tranquilla.

Terrazzo che gira su due lati, presa elettrica, fari alogeni e attacco per acqua (ideale per irrigazione).  Accessibile dalle portefinestre di sala, camera da letto e cucina semi abitabile, c'è una tavolo per colazione per tre persone.

- 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio a muro, letto matrimoniale e scrivania).

-  Possibilità di seconda camera matrimoniale (in caso di figli o ospiti) con un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania e libreria a muro;  può essere lasciata completamente aperta (ampia porta scorrevole in legno) raddoppiando il soggiorno.  Al momento è adibita a studio / sala da pranzo con tavolo di un metro allugabile a due metri e divano letto matrimoniale.

- Soggiorno con divano, tavolino e Smart TV, c'è una presa a muro per ricarica USB.  Tavolo da pranzo quadrato apribile e raddoppiabile (da 1 metro a 2 metri di larghezza)

- Cucina su misura con elettrodomestici ad alta efficienza energetica: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno e forno a microonde, tutti a incasso. Forno pirolitico (la funzione pirolisi permette la pulizia  approfondita grazie al raggiungimento di altissime temperature, che distruggono tutti i residui. Si evita di pulire il forno in modo tradizionale).

- Aria condizionata canalizzata, riscaldamento autonomo (metano) attivabile anche con app dal telefono.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacia, ristoranti. E a dieci minuti a piedi si è in Corso Buenos Aires, la via dello shopping. 
Molto comodo a tram (numero 4) e metropolitana. Si raggiungono: MM2 Caiazzo (linea verde, 2 min a piedi), MM3 Centrale (linea gialla, 8 min), MM1 Loreto (linea rossa, 12 min). A 100 metri da casa c'è un piccolo parchetto pubblico con panchine e spazio giochi per bambini.

Possibilità parcheggio coperto. 
L'appartamento è non-smoking, ma si può fumare sul terrazzo. Animali non ammessi.

Per prenotazioni con check in compreso tra il 07 gennaio e il 24 febbraio 2026 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.

Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. 
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Mauro Macchi 65 is an Apartment spacious and , suitable for all types of travellers. The Apartment is located in Milano on the 5th floor with Lift and consists of 2 rooms . Mauro Macchi 65 enjoys a strategic location. The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and heating. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom , can accommodate up to 3 people. The outdoor space consists of the balcony. Mauro Macchi 65 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
