ROOMS WITH BALCONIES WILL BE ASSIGNED DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY AT THE MOMENT OF THE BOOKING The apartments are located between ground and 3rd floor. The floor of your apartment will depend on the availability at the moment of the booking.
This residence is exclusively for university students, curricular interns, and PhD candidates. To confirm your booking, you must provide proof of university enrollment or a valid internship agreement.
IMPORTANT: This Residence only accepts++booking requests with check-out either in January/February or at least on 15/08

💰 Fees & Requirements
Admin fee: €200 (due after booking confirmation)
Deposit (due before check-in)
Final cleaning fee: €150 (mandatory)
Contract must be signed before check-in
Note: No contract registration at the Agenzia delle Entrate
Guests: Overnight guests are not allowed
Mixed-gender apartments: Shared rooms are always assigned by gender
