La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, microonde e lavastoviglie. La zona notte è composta da  2 camere da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Carducci 21 - MS 2 NT enjoys a strategic location with a city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of  2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony.Carducci 21 - MS 2 NT also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
