PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale e 1 poltrona letto, e può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Palazzi 6 dispone inoltre anche di: televisione.

Palazzi 6 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 armchair, can accommodate up to 5 people.Palazzi 6 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

Porta Venezia station is a station on the M1 red line of the Milan subway. It is an underground station, located near the homonymous door, from which it takes its name. A particularly large mezzanine was built, in anticipation of the interchange with line 4, still under construction.
