È presente un impianto di climatizzazione sia nella camera da letto che nel salotto, il riscaldamento autonomo e il Wi-Fi (fibra). Inoltre, grazie a infissi con doppi vetri e muri insonorizzati, l’appartamento risulta molto silenzioso, in particolare la camera da letto.
All'interno di un affasciante palazzo di ringhiera del 1900, sito nel quartiere di Porta Romana (a soli 5 minuti di distanza dal Duomo con la metropolitana) si trova questo bilocale molto accogliente.
Gli spazi sono moderni, funzionali e adatti ad accogliere chiunque si trovi a Milano. La zona è tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo ricca di negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar per godersi un buon aperitivo.

SOGGIORNO E CUCINA
Entrando nel soggiorno si trova la moderna cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari per la vita di tutti i giorni (piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, freezer, microonde, forno, macchina del caffè, bollitore, stoviglie, pentole e utensili da cucina). 
Sulla destra, sotto il lampadario di design, si trova il tavolo da pranzo in legno e un divano letto matrimoniale (140 x 190). È poi presente un mobile con pensili, ideale da utilizzare come dispensa, e una Smart TV di ultima generazione.

BAGNO
Il bagno è dotato di tutti i sanitari, di una grande doccia di vetro con soffione a cascata e dell’asciugacapelli.
Inoltre, prima di entrare nel bagno, si trova una piccola zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

CAMERA DA LETTO
La camera da letto è dotata di un grande letto matrimoniale con luci a led dietro la spalliera, comodini e diversi armadi dove riporre i propri abiti.

L’appartamento si trova in una traversa di Corso Lodi, nello storico quartiere di Porta Romana, a pochi passi da Piazzale Lodi, dove è situata la fermata “Lodi T.I.B.B.” della linea metropolitana gialla M3. In 5 minuti di metropolitana si può raggiungere il centro di Milano (Duomo, Piazza della Scala, Museo del Novecento) e in poco meno di 10 minuti la stazione Centrale (che collega la città con l’aeroporto di Malpensa). L’aeroporto di Linate dista circa 15 minuti di taxi.

Il quartiere è caratterizzato dalla presenza di numerosi servizi, quali supermercati, farmacie, banche, negozi, ristoranti e bar. Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare:

Piacenza 9 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, can accommodate up to 4 people.Piacenza 9 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
