The room, together with the other 5, is into a 1904 liberty cottage, in a very quiet street dispite being in city centre. 
The room overlooks the green and quiet garden.
The common spaces include a big and lightly kitchen/living room, a fully furnished kitchen, two bathroom and a small garden. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner 
The district is very lively with lots of restaurants and bars. 

Very close to  Politecnico (Polimi) and to LORETO subway station, which means being connected with the whole town. The house is very close to Corso Buenos Aires, the shopping district, and to hystorical Lambrate district, landmark of design week and side events related to Salone del Mobile.

Being 5 minutes walking from LORETO subway station (green and red lines), the house is perfect if you do not have a car, being connected with the whole city. Near the house, 2 supermarkets, bakery, bars, bookshop, Italian typical pizzeria. On thursdays, in the nearby VIA AMPERE, it's market day.

- La permanenza minima contrattuale corrisponderà al periodo di prenotazione su Roomless. Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. Nel caso in cui si volesse fare subentrare un inquilino (sia che lo trovi il proprietario sia che lo trovi l'inquilino attuale) si potrà uscire dall'appartamento pagando una spesa di servizio pari a 200€.In questo caso il contratto si chiuderà il giorno precedente all'ingresso del sostituto. Sarà comunque dovuta anche la spesa per la chiusura del contratto pari a 225€.. In ogni caso, 3 mesi  rispetto alla data di check-out, va comunicata la disdetta regolare per interrompere il contratto alla data stabilita; se non avverrà tale comunicazione, il contratto rimarrà attivo.
- L'appuntamento per l'ingresso in casa dovrà essere prenotato con almeno 3 giorni lavorativi di preavviso rispetto la data d'ingresso di tuo interesse.

The room, together with the other 5, is into a 1904 liberty cottage, in a very quiet street dispite being in city centre. 
The room overlooks the green and quiet garden.
The common spaces include a big and lightly kitchen/living room, a fully furnished kitchen, two bathroom and a small garden. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner 
The district is very lively with lots of restaurants and bars. 

Very close to  Politecnico (Polimi) and to LORETO subway station, which means being connected with the whole town. The house is very close to Corso Buenos Aires, the shopping district, and to hystorical Lambrate district, landmark of design week and side events related to Salone del Mobile.

Being 5 minutes walking from LORETO subway station (green and red lines), the house is perfect if you do not have a car, being connected with the whole city. Near the house, 2 supermarkets, bakery, bars, bookshop, Italian typical pizzeria. On thursdays, in the nearby VIA AMPERE, it's market day.

A bicycle rental is located 150 meter far from the house.
