E' perfetto come alloggio di lavoro, comodo al campus scientifico di Agripolis (1 Km). E' ideale anche per le vostre vacanze, data la vicinanza di Venezia, Padova, Vicenza, le Terme Euganee e il mare - tutte località a circa mezz'ora di auto! - e al centro ideale della Regione Veneto.

Lo spazio
Maya è a pochi passi da Agripolis (1 km), quindi è perfetto se dovete andare a lavorare nel Campus.
Maya è un appartamento situato al secondo piano e ultimo piano di un elegante condominio con ascensore. Il condominio si trova nel centro del paese di Legnaro, in una piccola e deliziosa piazza. Qui la proprietaria ha vissuto per 10 anni, quindi troverete un po' di lei nei libri, nei dipinti e negli arredi che ha lasciato.

La casa di circa 65 metri quadrati. Al piano terra l'appartamento si sviluppa con un ingresso/soggiorno/cucina aperta, un soggiorno TV con divano letto, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, un ripostiglio e una terrazza. Attraverso una scala interna in legno si accede al secondo piano, un delizioso sottotetto con travi in legno a vista, dove c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera più piccola con un altro letto matrimoniale e un piccolo bagno cieco (senza doccia, solo WC e lavabo).
I letti al piano superiore sono entrambi di cm 160x200, mentre il divano letto al piano terra è 160x190 cm.

In cucina troverete un frigorifero con congelatore, una lavastoviglie, una stufa a gas con forno elettrico, un macchina per il caffè/tè, un forno a microonde combinato, una piastra elettrico, uno spremiagrumi elettrico, pentole, padelle, posate, utensili, piatti, bicchieri e tazze e un piccolo kit di prodotti essenziali (sale, pepe, zucchero, olio, aceto, detergenti).

La connessione wi-fi è disponibile in tutta la casa.

Nei bagni troverete asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia-shampoo e carta igienica (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).

Sono inoltre disponibili lavatrice, stendibiancheria, ferro e asse da stiro.

La biancheria da letto e da bagno è inclusa nel prezzo e un secondo cambio è previsto per soggiorni superiori a una settimana.

It is perfect for business accommodation, really close to the scientific campus of Agripolis (1 km). It is also ideal for your holidays, as Venice, Padua, Vicenza, the Euganean Spas and the sea are really close - all locations around half an hour by car! - and ideally located in the center of the Veneto Region.

The space
Maya is at a short walk from Agripolis (1 km), so it's perfect to stay there for work too.

This is an apartment located on the second floor and top floor of an elegant condominium with elevator. Maya is located in the center of the village of Legnaro, in a small and delightful square. This house has been lived by the owner for 10 years, so you will find some of her in the books, paintings and furnishings she left.

The house of about 65 square meters. It is on the ground floor with an open entrance / living room / kitchen, a TV room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a storage room and a terrace. Through an internal wooden staircase leads to the second floor, a delightful attic with exposed wooden beams, where there is a double bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with another double bed, and a small blind bathroom (no shower) , only toilet and sink).

In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a gas stove with electric oven, a coffee / tea maker, a combined microwave oven, an electric hob, an electric juicer, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, dishes , glasses and cups as well as a small kit of essential products (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, detergents).

In the living room there is a TV and wi-fi is available throughout the house.

In the bathrooms you will find hairdryer, soap, shower-shampoo and toilet paper (enough for the first 1/2 days, allowing you to go to buy what ou need during your stay).

Washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board are also available.

Bed and bath linen is included in the price and a second change is provided for stays longer than one week.

Kaloo è un appartamento completamente rimesso a nuovo nel giugno 2019, situato al terzo piano (con ascensore) di un condominio degli anni '70.
L'appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata, è costituito da ingresso, soggiorno/cucina con tv satellitare e divano letto (140x200), due camere da letto con letto doppio (160x200) e un bagno con lavatrice. Nell'antibagno c'è un secondo lavandino.
La zona è tranquilla sebbene sia ben collegata sia al centro città sia alle principali vie di comunicazione.

Lo spazio
La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, tv-sat con più di 4000 canali e una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi.
Chi dorme sul divano letto in soggiorno avrà a disposizione un armadio aperto dotato di appendiabiti.
Dal soggiorno/cucina si accede al terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), al riparo dal sole e dalla pioggia, grazie alle tende avvolgibili. In soggiorno è inoltre presente uno dei due condizionatori della casa: l'altro è nel corridoio, fra le porte di ingresso alle due camere.
La camera principale ha un letto doppio (160x200) e un armadio a 6 ante, dentro al quale troverete anche scope, aspirapolvere, ferro e asse da stiro.
La seconda camera ha un letto doppio (160x200) con vano contenitore sotto al materasso e un cassettone a 3 ante.
Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, bidet e lavatrice. C'è anche un antibagno (che noi abbiamo indicato come bagno di sevizio) in cui c'è solo un secondo lavello separato da una porta rispetto al resto del bagno (molto pratico e apprezzato, ve lo assicuriamo). Troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
All'ingresso c'è un grande armadio in cui potrete mettere giacconi e cappotti e trovare coperte e cuscini di riserva, mentre sul pianerottolo vicino alla porta di ingresso c'è una scarpiera dove potrete riporre le vostre calzature e un portaombrelli. Kaloo è dotata di riscaldamento condominiale, ma ogni singolo radiatore ha la possibilità di essere regolato, permettendo il massimo confort desiderato in ogni stanza della casa.

The second room has a double bed (160x200) with a storage compartment under the mattress and a drawer with 3 doors.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. There is also an anti-bathroom (which we have indicated as a bathroom) in which there is only a second sink separated by a door compared to the rest of the bathroom (very practical and appreciated, we assure you). You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
At the entrance there is a large wardrobe where you can put jackets and coats and find blankets and reserve pillows, while on the landing near the entrance door there is a shoe rack where you can store your shoes and an umbrella stand. Kaloo is equipped with condominium heating, but every single radiator has the possibility to be adjusted, allowing the maximum comfort desired in every room of the house.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio colorato e vivace, in un quartiere residenziale comodissimo al centro città (la fermata del tram è a 50 metri). Giusi è pensato per 4/5 persone: ha due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con un king size cm 140x200), un grande soggiorno con un divano letto (king size cm 140/200), un bagno, una cucina abitabile, e una lunga terrazza. E' perfetto sia per turismo che per lavoro, grazie ai suoi spazi e a una connessione internet veloce.

Lo spazio
Una volta entrati in Giusi verrete subito colti dai colori caldi e accoglienti dell'appartamento, arredato in stile moderno, a cui è stato volutamente aggiunto con qualche pezzo di arredo originale dell'epoca di costruzione (anni 70).

L'ingresso collega la zona giorno con la zona notte. La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Il tavolo in cucina è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e cene di coppia, in piena intimità nello stesso posto dove il pasto viene preparato.

La seconda camera ha un letto king size (140x200), due piccole cassettiere e un'altra piccola scrivania.

Il bagno è dotato di doccia, lavello, wc, bidet. In bagno troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).

Nel corridoio della zona notte troverete un altro grande armadio a disposizione degli ospiti, ma anche cuscini e coperte aggiuntive. Qui potrete trovare lo stendibiancheria.

Nell'ingresso, in zona giorno, c'è un altro piccolo armadio con scope, aspirapolvere, mollette e materiale di pulizia. Altro materiale di pulizia si trova in cucina.
Sempre in ingresso e in soggiorno troverete volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona e il manuale della casa.

Dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera principale potrete accedere al grande terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), prendere un caffè o una bevanda rinfrescante, godendosi la tranquillità del verde. Se siete fortunati, potreste vedere anche uno degli scoiattoli che abitano nel quartiere.

Giusi ha un bel giardino condominiale, ma vedrete che tutti il quartiere Guizza ha diversi spazi verdi e piccoli parchi. Attenzione alle zanzare, specialmente d'estate: per proteggervi abbiamo installato delle tende-zanzariera (non su tutte le finestre): utilizzatele con cura.
Tutte le finestre hanno tapparelle avvolgibili che permettono di fare buio completo nelle stanze. Fate attenzione perché sono originali, funzionano bene ma sono come vecchie signore, e come tali vanno trattate: con calma e delicatezza. 

Giusi è dotato di aria condizionata: uno split è in soggiorno e l'altra nella camera da letto principale. La seconda piccola camera non ha aria condizionata, ma può essere rinfrescata lasciando aperta la porta della camera e utilizzando il ventilatore a disposizione. Ricordate che le estati in Veneto possono essere calde e umide: vi raccomandiamo di tenere chiuse finestre e tapparelle nelle ore più calde e finché ci batte sopra il sole, per una temperatura interna più confortevole.

Relax with the whole family at this colorful and lively place to stay, in a very convenient residential neighborhood in the city center (the tram stop is 50 meters away). It is perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its spaces and fast internet connection.

The space

The entrance connects the living area with the sleeping area. The living area consists of a habitable kitchen, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners as a couple, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared.

The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a high 2 closet and a dresser. There is also a desk to use the room as a studio, perfect for working on the computer.

The second bedroom has one king size bed (140x200), two small dressers and another small desk.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo always at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).

In the hallway of the sleeping area you will find another large closet available to guests, but also extra pillows and blankets. You can find the clothesline here.

In the entrance, in the living area, there is another small closet with broom, vacuum cleaner, tongs and cleaning material. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen.
Also at the entrance and in the living room you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants in the area and the house manual.

From the living room, kitchen and master bedroom you can access the large terrace, where you can hang your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), have a coffee or a refreshing drink, enjoying the tranquility of the greenery. If you're lucky, you might even see one of the squirrels that live in the neighborhood.

Giusi has a nice condominium garden, but you'll see that everyone in the Guizza neighborhood has several green spaces and small parks. Beware of mosquitoes, especially in the summer: to protect you, we have installed mosquito tents (not all windows): use them with care.
All windows have roller blinds that allow you to get full darkness in the rooms. Be careful because they are original, they work well but they are like old ladies, and as such they should be treated: calmly and gently :)

Giusi is equipped with air conditioning: one split is in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The second small room doesn't have Air Conditioning, but it can be refreshed by leaving the bedroom door open and using the fan available. Remember that summers in Veneto can be warm and humid: we recommend keeping windows and blinds closed during the hottest hours and as long as it beats over the sun for a more comfortable indoor temperature.

L'appartamento, dotato di aria condizionata, è costituito da ingresso, ampio soggiorno/cucina con tv e divano letto (140x200), una camera da letto con letto doppio (160x200), una camera con due letti singoli (80x200) e un bagno con lavatrice.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo sebbene sia vicino alle principali vie di comunicazione e alla stazione.

E' costituito da ingresso, soggiorno con tv satellitare e divano letto (140x200), cucina con divano letto (140x200), due camere da letto con letto doppio (160x200), due bagni completi con lavatrice, ripostiglio, due poggioli.
La zona è tranquilla e verde ma anche comoda ai negozi. La fermata del tram per il centro città è a soli 50 metri.

Lo spazio
La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, tv-sat con più di 4000 canali, una cucina completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. From the living room you access the terrace, where you can lay your clothes, smoke (the only place where it is allowed), sheltered from the sun and rain, thanks to the roller blinds. There is also one second small perch, also sheltered from one hood curtain.
The two bedrooms have a double bed (160x200) and closet, where you will find blankets and pillows and pillowcases in reserve. You will also find them in the bedroom container bed and in the sofa container in the living room.
The two bathrooms are equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. You will find towels, hair dryer, soap, shower foam and shampoo at your disposal (in an amount enough for a day or two, in time to go shopping).
We installed two wall-mounted shoe racks in the hallways. At the entrance you will find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants of the area. In the closet you will find brooms, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
We tried to provide Chocomint with maximum climate comfort: the apartment is equipped with independent heating, with independent thermostats to regulate the temperature of the two areas of the house. Each of the four main rooms is equipped with its own air conditioner, fully adjustable with temperatures independent of the others.

Poeta ha due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni, una cucina abitabile, un grande soggiorno e un ampio balcone. E' perfetto sia per turismo che per lavoro, grazie alla sua tranquillità e a una connessione internet veloce.

Lo spazio
La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Troverete anche una macchina del caffè Nespresso (sul posto leggete le istruzioni per l'utilizzo delle cialde). Il tavolo in cucina è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e cene, in piena intimità nello stesso posto dove il pasto viene preparato.

Come stanza separata, l'ampio soggiorno con tv e due divani, un grande tavolo, perfetto anche per fare videoconferenze di lavoro, ma anche per consumare il pasto se volete stare più larghi. In tal caso vi chiediamo di usare la protezione che trovate in uno dei cassetti in soggiorno, per non rovinare il tavolo in legno con liquidi o pietanze calde.
Dal soggiorno e dalla cucina potrete andare nel grande terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), prendere un caffè o una bevanda rinfrescante, godendosi la vista sul quartiere e la campagna.

La zona notte è costituita da una camera principale con un letto doppio (160x200), un grande armadio a 5 ante e una grande cassettiera. Qui potrete trovare lo stendibiancheria, cuscini e coperte aggiuntive.
La seconda camera ha un secondo letto matrimoniale (160x200) e una grande armadiatura a ponte. Inoltre è presente una grande scrivania con apposita sedia, per utilizzare la stanza come studio.

Nel corridoio della zona notte troverete una rastrelliera appendiabiti per cappotti e giacconi e nell'armadio troverete materiale di pulizia, mollette, aspirapolvere. Altro materiale di pulizia si trova in cucina.

Il bagno principale è dotato di ampia vasca, lavello, wc, bidet, In bagno troverete asciugamani, asciugacapelli, sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa).
Nel bagno più piccolo - cieco, con aspiratore - troverete doccia, piccolo lavabo, lavatrice e un wc con sistema di scarico sanitrit.

Poet has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room and a large balcony. It is perfect for both tourism and business, thanks to its tranquility and a fast internet connection.

The space
The living area consists of a habitable kitchen, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine (on site read the instructions for using the pods). The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared.

As a separate room, the large living room with TV and two sofas, a large table, also perfect for videoconferencing work, but also to consume the meal if you want to stay wider. In this case we ask you to use the protection that you find in one of the drawers in the living room, so as not to ruin the wooden table with liquids or hot dishes.

The second room has a second double bed (160x200) and a large bridge wardrobe. There is also a large desk with a special chair, to use the room as a study.

In the corridor of the sleeping area you will find a coat rack for coats and jackets and in the wardrobe you will find cleaning material, tongs, vacuum cleaner. Other cleaning material is located in the kitchen.
