The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 double french bed, can accommodate up to 6 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by outdoor dining area.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night

Actus Palace Apartments - Appartamento D by Ghor is an Apartment comfortable and cosy, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Roma  on the 5th floor with Lift, Private Car Park and consists of 2 rooms . Actus Palace Apartments - Appartamento D by Ghor enjoys a strategic location with a city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 double french bed, can accommodate up to 6 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace and enriched by outdoor dining area.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

For bookings with check-in dates between January 7th and February 24th, 2026 (included), the first two months’ rent must be paid in advance and will be non-refundable.

Check-out will not be possible between February 3rd and February 22nd, 2026 (included).
For the month of February 2026, the rate may be subject to change.


 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
