L’immobile si compone di tre camere da letto, cucina abitabile e bagno, ed è arricchito da un ampio giardino pensile di proprietà esclusiva di 146 mq, che circonda l’appartamento su tre lati, garantendo privacy, luminosità e uno spazio esterno raro per la zona. Il quarto lato confina con il vano scale condominiale.

L’appartamento si trova al primo piano nobile (non piano terra): grazie alla particolare conformazione dell’edificio, sia la casa che il giardino si collocano a circa cinque metri sopra il livello stradale, offrendo maggiore riservatezza e sicurezza.

La superficie commerciale complessiva è di 92 mq, calcolata su 66 mq di abitazione più il 15% della superficie del giardino.
