Maison Tiburtina by Ghor è un Appartamento finemente arredato e grazioso, adatto a ogni tipo di viaggiatore.L’ Appartamento si trova a Roma  al 4° piano con Ascensore ed è composto da 1 stanza . Maison Tiburtina by Ghor gode di una posizione strategica con vista città . La casa è riservata ai non fumatori, ed è dotata di aria condizionata, wifi e lavatrice.  La cucina è equipaggiata con piatti, stoviglie e i principali elettrodomestici: microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero/freezer. La zona notte è composta da 1 divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno e da 1 camera da letto con 1 matrimoniale, e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Lo spazio esterno è costituito dal balcone.

Recesso anticipato: dopo almeno un mese, potrai dare disdetta con un preavviso di almeno 21 giorni dalla data ultima di rilascio dell’immobile;

NB solo per i nostri appartamenti di Milano: per le prenotazioni con check- in tra il 18 marzo ed il 28 aprile 2026 inclusi, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili.Non è consentito il check out per le date comprese dal 17 aprile al 26 aprile 2026 inclusi.

MINIMUM STAY 60 NOTTI: dal 07/01/2026 al 24/02/2026 (incluso)
Per prenotazioni con check in compreso tra il 07 gennaio e il 24 febbraio 2026 incluso, le prime due mensilità dovranno essere saldate anticipatamente e non saranno rimborsabili. 

Il check out non sarà possibile per le date comprese dal 03 febbraio al 22 febbraio 2026 incluso.
Per il mese di febbraio 2026 la tariffa può subire variazioni.
Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati;

PAGAMENTI:
Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. 
In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi.
Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Maison Tiburtina by Ghor is an Apartment finely furnished and pretty, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Roma  on the 4th floor with Lift and consists of 1 room . Maison Tiburtina by Ghor enjoys a strategic location with a city view .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of 1 double sofa bed in the living area and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 4 people.The outdoor space consists of the balcony.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

For bookings with check-in dates between January 7th and February 24th, 2026 (included), the first two months’ rent must be paid in advance and will be non-refundable.

Check-out will not be possible between February 3rd and February 22nd, 2026 (included).

We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

The district has been the subject of numerous film and television sets and is home to the Sandro Pertini Hospital. In the western part of the district is the Roma Tiburtina station, one of the main stations of the city and can be reached from the Tiburtina, Ponte Mammolo, Quintiliani, Monti Tiburtini, Pietralata and Santa Maria del Soccorso stations of the Metro B.
