RISCALDAMENTO: 
Per i mesi freddi (da novembre ad aprile inclusi) è previsto il pagamento del consumo per il riscaldamento

ALTRE UTENZE: 
Acqua, luce e gas: 250€/mese salvo consumi anomali che saranno addebitati separatamente. Per gli affitti

periodo di occupazione su base giornaliera incluse le date di check-in e check-out. 

PULIZIE: 
Al checkout saranno addebitati 200€ per pulizia finale dell'appartamento.
