L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato e quindi dotato di ogni comfort, si trova nel cuore di Trastevere ma è super silenzioso grazie ai nuovi infissi e alla posizione strategica. Ha una superficie totale di 35 metri quadrati ed è composto da grande camera da letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura e bagno con doccia.
Le seguenti utenze sono incluse nei 200euro extra: acqua, elettricità, internet. Anche il costo condominio è compreso nei 200euro. Viene richiesto un minimo di permanenza di 1 mese. Non si effettuano visite ed è possibile prenotare direttamente online.

Questo moderno appartamento perfettamente arredato è perfettamente situato nell'incantevole quartiere di Trastevere, più precisamente nella zona tranquilla tra Santa Cecilia e il fiume. Trastevere Charme si trova in una zona a traffico limitato. Servizio di portineria dalle 9:30 alle 18:30 e personale in loco disponibile 24 ore su 24 per le emergenze.

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO:
Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona.
Per tutti gli appartamenti situati a Bologna, lenzuola e asciugamani saranno forniti solo per i primi 15 giorni di soggiorno; set extra potranno essere forniti a pagamento.REGOLE DELLA CASA: E' severamente proibito fumare all'interno dell'appartamento.

Porto Design Loft (80 sqm) is laid out in a following manner: a bright living room hosts a pull-out sofa bed, design furniture and opens onto the modern fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. The main bathroom with shower is on the main floor. A staircase leads from the living room to the upper loft, where the bedroom is located. The loft sleeps 4 persons comfortably and is equipped with wifi connection, air conditioning/heating.  This perfectly decorated modern apartment is perfectly located in the charming neighborhood of Trastevere, more precisely in the quiet area between Santa Cecilia and the river. Trastevere Charme is in a restricted traffic area. Concierge service  from 9:30 to 18:30 and on site staff available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
