Roma 70 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.The sleeping area consists of  2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, can accommodate up to 3 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace.Roma 70 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Costiglioli 8 is an Apartment finely furnished and with a Basic style, suitable for all types of travellers.The Apartment is located in Sanremo in the province of Imperia  on the third floor and consists of 1 room . Costiglioli 8 enjoys a strategic location .  The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with washing machine and heating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle.The sleeping area consists of  1 bedroom with 1 double bed, can accommodate up to 2 people.The outdoor space consists of the terrace.Costiglioli 8 also offers: television.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;

As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per night
-for all apartments located in Bologna, bed sheets and towels will be provided only for the first 15 days of stay; extra sets can be provided upon payments.HOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

La cucina è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: bollitore, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno. La zona notte è composta da 1 soggiorno con 1 divano letto. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di televisione e ascensore. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Avrete inoltre la possibilità di usufruire di una cabina da spiaggia, sdraio e ombrellone gratuitamente durante la stagione estiva. La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, just a few steps from the beach. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 living room with 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television and lift. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay.  You will also have the possibility to use a private beach cabin, deck chairs and sun umbrella for free during summer season. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città di Sanremo, in area pedonale, in un palazzo caratteristico, alle porte del Centro Storico. L'appartamento è su tre livelli, piccolo e  soppalcato e impreziosito da una terrazza abitabile che estende l'area cucina. Comodo per pranzare all'aperto o per relax. E' molto luminoso ed è composto da un soggiorno con un divano letto per 2 persone, un soppalco con letto matrimoniale, una cucina ben attrezzata e 1 bagno. L'alloggio non ha lavatrice e televisore. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone. L'appartamento dispone di Wi-Fi ad alta velocità (adatto per le videochiamate) e di riscaldamento autonomo e ventilatore. 
L'alloggio è al terzo piano senza ascensore.
