La Villa del Bassotto ha 2 piani e accoglie fino a 5 persone. Troverai un meraviglioso giardino con patio, un soggiorno dotato di divano letto, TV e cucina completa. Al secondo piano due camere da letto, entrambe con letto matrimoniale e televisione. I Bagni sono 2, entrambi molto spaziosi e luminosi. 

La "Villa del Bassotto" è ampia 100 metri quadri e può ospitare comodamente fino a 5 persone, è disposta su 2 piani ed è pronta ad accogliere te e la tua famiglia con un ampio giardino da sogno privato e un patio di 14 mq dove potrai prendere il sole, pranzare con i tuoi cari o goderti un aperitivo in compagnia di un buon libro.

All'interno della casa, al piano terra troverai ad attenderti una cucina completamente fornita con macchina del caffè, microonde, bollitore e tostapane, oltre che fornelli, piatti e pentole per ogni evenienza.

Nel soggiorno avrai a tua disposizione un divano letto e TV HD, delle scale di legno ti porteranno al secondo piano, dove troverai due camere da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale e la seconda con letto spazioso alla francese.

I Bagni sono grandi, spaziosi e completi di vasca da bagno e doccia, uno al primo piano e l'altro al secondo piano. 

La casa è fresca in estate e calda d'inverno, grazie alle mura in pietra caratteristiche del luogo.

"Villa del Bassotto" è circondata da città e caratteristici borghi medievali. Si trova in Frazione Piloni, vicino alla strada umbra SP71, a soli 5 minuti in auto da Calvi dell'Umbria e dal confine con il Lazio.

Inoltre, la posizione della Villa la rende un punto strategico, permettendo agli ospiti più avventurosi di fare escursioni giornaliere in Umbria o nel Lazio.

Queste sono solo alcune delle destinazioni facilmente raggiungibili dalla Villa:

Villa del Bassotto has 2 floors and It can accommodate up to 5 people. You will find a marvelous private garden with patio, a living room provided with a sofa-bed, TV and a kitchen. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, both with a queen bed and tv. There are two bathrooms, both very spacious and bright. Book your stay now!

"Villa del Bassotto" is 100 square meters large and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, is arranged on 2 floors and is ready to welcome you and your family with a large private dream garden and a 14 m2 patio where you can sunbathe, have lunch with your loved ones or enjoy an aperitif in the company of a good book.

Inside the house, on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen waiting for you with a coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as stove, plates and pots for any eventuality.

In the living room you will have at your disposal a sofa bed and HD TV, wooden stairs will take you to the second floor, where you will find two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with a spacious French bed.

The bathrooms are large, spacious and complete with bathtub and shower, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor.

The house is cool in summer and warm in winter, thanks to the stone walls characteristic of the place. You will find two AC Systems, one wall mounted in the big first bedroom, and the second portable in the living room. You will be able to place it whenever you want in the house.

Furthermore, the Villa location makes it a strategic point that grants the more adventurous guests to go on day trips to Umbria or Lazio.
