Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays, kindly inform us in advance to check the availability of flexible check-in options. Please note that there will be an additional cost of €50 in such cases.

Per il consumo di luce e riscaldamento si richiede un acconto mensile di 180 euro al mese e si farà il conguaglio a fine locazione.
